-- Colts inactives were WR Ricky Proehl, S Bob Sanders, DB Tim Jennings, DB
T.J. Rushing, OG Ryan Lilja, OT Daniel Federkeil, WR John Standeford, DE Ryan
LaCasse.
-- Rookie RB Joseph Addai averaged just 3.0 yards per carry, his third-worst
average of the year. He finished the day with 64 yards on 21 carries and fumbled
once. He tacked on 29 more yards on three receptions.
-- RB Dominic Rhodes averaged 4.7 yards per carry with 42 yards on 9 chances.
-- QB Peyton Manning had a 101.4 quarterback rating, marking his third
consecutive week earning a rating of 100 or more. But his 59.5 percent
completion rate was his second-lowest performance in that area in the last six
weeks. With his two touchdowns against Miami, he's thrown for 9 touchdowns over
the past three weeks. He completed passes to 7 different receivers.
-- DT/FB Dan Klecko caught a pass for a touchdown, his first since joining
the Colts as a free agent right before the start of the season. It was the
fourth catch of his 4-year NFL career, but his first for a touchdown. He caught
three passes in 2004 with the Patriots.
-- Wide receivers Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne led the team in catches
and yards. Harrison had five catches for 74 yards and a TD while Wayne had 6
catches for 70 yards. It was Harrison's least amount of catches and yards since
the Eagles game back at the end of November. Wayne has just one TD catch in the
last five games after scoring 6 TDs in the five weeks prior to that stretch.
-- LB Cato June's interception was his third of the season. He had two in the
game against the Patriots at the end of November. It was the tenth of his 4-year
career. June also led the team in tackles with 11, forced a fumble, deflected a
pass, and was credited with two quarterback hits and half a sack.

-- DT Anthony McFarland was credited with 1.5 sacks while DT Raheem Brock had
two quarterback hits. Others with a single quarterback hit included Rob Morris,
McFarland, Josh Thomas and Robert Mathis.
-- For the first time this year in the 15 games that he's played in, Terrence
Wilkins didn't get to return a single kickoff. Miami kicker Olindo Mare booted
six touchbacks, and his one other kickoff was fielded by Darrell Reid.
-- The Colts converted 19 of their 24 first downs by passing, just 5 rushing.
-- They converted two of their three red zone opportunities and had a slight
edge in time of possession at 30:48.
-- The offense had ten possessions and scored on five of them. Miami had ten
possessions and scored on six of them, but only one touchdown.
-- Cornerbacks Nick Harper and Jason David were very active with Harper
deflecting three passes while David knocked away two.
-- LB Keith O'Neil had three of the team's special teams tackles against the
Dolphins. Freddie Keiaho, Darrell Reid and Kelvin Hayden had the others. Keiaho
also had an assist, as did Matt Giordano and Adam Vinatieri.
-- Penalties that impacted the Colts included a false start by OT Ryan Diem
on the offense's first possession. They had to punt three plays later. TE Dallas
Clark was called for offensive pass interference, also leading to a punt on that
set of downs in the third quarter. CB Kelvin Hayden was called for fair catch
interference, which improved the Dolphins' starting field position on a drive
that stalled at the Colts' 16-yard line. The Dolphins kicked a 33-yard field
goal instead of having to attempt a 48-yarder. Jake Scott's illegal block above
the waist didn't stop the Colts from moving the chains and scoring a touchdown
on that possession. Anthony McFarland's offsides penalty didn't hurt either. The
Dolphins had to punt a few plays later.
The Colts host the Chiefs on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. (ET) in the AFC Wild Card
Playoffs.
