The Colts agreed to a contract with Boston College Safety Jamie Silva Sunday night after the NFL Draft concluded. Silva probably went undrafted because he's not real fast for an NFL safety, but he is a hard-nosed player that led BC in tackles (115) and intercepted eight passes in 2007, which tied for the national lead.
