2007: Played in 14 games, starting four before being replaced by Anthony Herrera as the starting right guard.
2006: After coming to the Vikings in a draft-weekend trade with the Eagles, he came in and started 14 games at guard, missing games vs. Arizona (Nov. 26) and Chicago (Dec. 3) due to an ankle injury. His 14 starts were a career high, which gave him a career total of 52 games played and 45 starts.
2005: Started all 14 games he played in 2006 at left guard for the Eagles.
2004: Played in 14 games, starting 13 of them, at right guard when starter Shawn Andrews went down in Week 2 to injury. In Week 16 that same year, he was pressed into starting duty at left tackle in place of Tra Thomas vs. the Rams.
2003: Played in 10 games, starting four, including another start at left tackle in place of Thomas. In that game (12/15/03 vs. Miami), he held Pro Bowl DE Jason Taylor to one tackle.
2002: An undrafted free agent, he spent the season on the 53-man roster for all 16 games, but was inactive for all of them.
College: A four-year starter at Memphis who made 44 consecutive starts. Named to the Freshman All-America team and was a two-time Conference USA selection. Played guard as a freshman, moved to tackle as a sophomore and junior and moved back to guard as a senior. Did not allow a sack during his senior season.
Personal: Played both offensive and defensive tackle at Central Merry High School in Jackson, Tenn. Competed on his high school track team as a shot put and discus thrower. Is the second cousin of former NFL player Sylvester Hicks, who played defensive end for the Chiefs from 1978-81. Was the only son in a family with six sisters.
